austin Business field trip on 6/28/07

we had a fild trip on thursday it was a clody weather.seri sue and i(rupsi) was in one group.firstly . we went to Chicos (cloth store) for interview but she declined to give interview.then we decided to go to Zazibar because it was close to Chicos.when we enter to store.


Business: furniture(zanzibar)


when we entered we saw one employee was walking in the store she saw us then she said" can i help you"

i said" we are student we need to do an interview for assignment do u have time to answer our question"

employee "sure"

how is your work envoronment? i asked

Employee "good,"

"how long have you been working here," why?

employee " 8 months because im enjoying here,"

"which brand of furniture do you sell,"

employee "American leather,"

"what is your customer base,"

employee "everybody all age group, generally people cross the street and look around,"

"what is most popular barnd in your store,"

employee "American leather,"

"what do you do when customer come with complain,"

she smiled and said "i cant tell you,"seri said its ok!

"what kind of qualification need to work here,"

employee "sells experience,"

"how is your relationship with manager,"

"really good," after that she smiled!

"what is the best part and worst part working at store,"i asked

employee "i enjoy to care people,"/"working all the time is worst part,"

we said"thank you for your time,"

she smiled said"its ok,"

after that we came to near chicos and we were searching "where is the the khazana,"sue was looking at map after that she asked to one person can you tell me "where is the khazana,"he showed the map!at that time it started raining.we walked two times on 9th street then we saw electic store we entered in the store for asking the khazana storelocation,however we took interview that person because we had to do 3 interview.




Electic (furniture and jewellary store)

we entred in electic store there was onlyone employee at store and he was arranging store item.this store was small but they had lots of collection of jewellery and furniture.first we asked location of khazana.after that we decided to take interview with that guy!

"can i ask some question to you," we are student and learning english "i said,"

employee "sure." after he smiled

"How is your work environment," we said!

"good relax job,"he said!

"how long have you been working here,"

"2 years because i do enjoy my work,"he said!

"who is your competitor," we said

"other store close to here, almost every store in Austin," he said!

"what brand of furniture do you see," sue said!

"david march furniyure,"

"what is the most popular item/lest popular in your store."

"david march is popular." after that he was thinking leat item its difficul to say seri siad "

"if you don't want to tell its ok,"

"i cant tell you i think its stupid question,"he said!

"who is your customer base,"we said

"women married couple for furniture 40 to 45 age group people come,"he said


"what do you do when customer do complain,"
"very seldom we try to fix," he said

"what qualification do need to work here,"

"sells experience," se said

"how is your relantionship with manager," we said

"good,"

"what is the best and worst part of working,"

"helping people is best part/say no to people is worst part(when we don't have item people want."
