Place for keeping trash is the big problem. people don't care about throwing garbage in the right place. For example, Homer was crossing near trash and he spoiled trash and knock it over. After he had fighting with garbage cleaner man, and he decided to run for Senation commissioner. During election ti me ghe does lots of promise and used slogan Can't someone else do it. After he elected Senitation Commissioner,but he spent whole year money in just 1 month. For recovering from Budget problem he put trash on the ground in the other city. After few time City was starting to destroy. Then he moved the town to new place.
In my opinion This episode tell us about how Homer ran away from current problem, He didn't tried to figure out the main problem solution. He didn't solve the problem.
This episode says about Environment problem and solution. How people are creating a problem for earth and environment.People don't try to figureout main problem and their solution. They just think about them, if we won't take a right step on time the earth will be destroy soon Or we will stack in a big problem.
